Buyagift approached us initially for a redesign of their website, but soon it became apparent that there were underlying concerns with their brand identity and perception in the market place.

The fundamental issue was that their image wasn’t reflecting the size and success of the business. Having rapidly become the largest online retailer of gift experiences we worked with them to create a solution and clear proposition for the business which included development of a series of new identities tailored to the different consumer markets they operate within.

Following creation of the brands we produced a complete supporting suite of online and printed collateral including stationery, range guides, information cards , mousemats and development and production of the new gift pack.
