Working on behalf of Swiss Re and in collaboration with Sutton Young (who produced the brochure for the transaction) we designed and produced a secure marketing and legal dataroom for the sale of one of the City of London’s most iconic landmarks – 30 St Mary Axe (otherwise know as the “Gherkin”).
We have worked on numerous transactions, and some of the most iconic buildings and portfolios in both London and Paris. As part of this process we have developed a sophisticated marketing extranet for the bidders on a project providing access to the overall marketing collateral as well as extensive legal and property information, the system provides varying levels of access depending on the stage of the bid process as well as back office systems for approval, tracking and monitoring of activity across the sites.
Working with the agents acting on the transactions, this has led us to complete projects spanning seven years working closely with CB Richard Ellis, DTZ, Knight Frank and Cushman Wakefield.
Please note: access to the legal dataroom sites that we produce is restricted and only granted for specific individuals during the bid process or for subsequent property management. For more information on this type of project and how we can help click here to contact us.
